2. Age Restriction

Our products are intended for adults only.

By using this website and placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or over.

If we cannot verify your age, or if you refuse to complete age verification, we may cancel your order and issue a refund where applicable.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product information is accurate, but we do not guarantee that all descriptions, images, pricing or availability will be error free.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update product details, change prices or withdraw products at any time.


4. Nicotine Warning

Nicotine is a highly addictive substance.

Customers are responsible for using products safely and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

You must not modify, misuse or tamper with any product.


6. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from us.

Your order is accepted only when we confirm acceptance by email or begin processing the order.

We may refuse or cancel an order if:

  • the product is unavailable;

  • payment is not authorized;

  • your age cannot be verified;

  • there is an error in product information or price;

  • we suspect fraud, misuse or unlawful activity;

  • delivery to your address is not possible.

Each order will be assigned an order number. Please quote this number when contacting us.


7. Payment

Payment must be made in full before orders are dispatched.

We may accept debit cards, credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout.

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.

If a pricing error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognized as incorrect, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.


8. Delivery

Delivery options and costs will be shown at checkout.

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, but delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, including courier delays, weather, strikes, customs checks, technical issues or other disruptions.

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. We are not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.


9. Age Verified Delivery

Where required, delivery may be subject to age verification.

The courier may request valid identification before handing over the parcel.

If age verification fails at delivery, the order may be returned to us. Additional charges may apply for redelivery or return handling.


10. Risk and Ownership

The risk in the products passes to you once the products are delivered to the delivery address you provided.

Ownership of the products passes to you once we have received full payment.


11. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Because we process orders quickly, we may not be able to cancel an order once it has entered packing or dispatch.

If your order has already been dispatched, you may need to follow our returns process.


12. Returns

You may return eligible unwanted items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the items are:

  • unused;

  • unopened;

  • sealed;

  • in original packaging;

  • in resaleable condition.

You must contact us before returning any item. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used:

  • vape kits;

  • pods;

  • coils;

  • tanks;

  • disposable devices;

  • e-liquids;

  • oral-use products.

This does not affect your statutory rights if the item is faulty or not as described.


13. E-Liquids and Flavour Preferences

E-liquids cannot be returned simply because you do not like the flavour, strength or taste.

Taste is subjective and does not make a product faulty.

E-liquids may only be returned if:

  • the wrong product was supplied;

  • the item was damaged on arrival;

  • the item is faulty.


14. Disposable Devices

Disposable vaping products are consumable and hygiene-sensitive items.

Once opened or used, they cannot usually be returned unless faulty.

Puff counts are manufacturer estimates only and may vary depending on usage pattern, inhalation length and other factors.

Lack of flavour, reduced taste or shorter than expected puff count may not automatically mean the item is faulty.


15. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • order number;

  • photos or videos showing the issue;

  • batch number or serial number where applicable;

  • description of the problem.

Do not dispose of the product before contacting us, as we may need to inspect it.

If the product is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we may offer:

  • replacement;

  • repair;

  • refund;

  • store credit, where agreed.

We will not be responsible for faults caused by misuse, accidental damage, incorrect handling, incorrect assembly, wear and tear, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions.


16. Refunds

Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Refunds are usually processed within 3 to 5 working days after we receive and inspect the returned goods.

We may reduce your refund if the product has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.

Where delivery charges are refundable, we will only refund the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option available at the time of order.

Premium delivery charges are not refundable unless required by law.


17. Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for return shipping costs if you are returning an unwanted item.

We will cover reasonable return costs only where:

  • the item is faulty;

  • the item is damaged on arrival;

  • we supplied the wrong item.

We recommend using a tracked service. We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.


18. Warranty

Some products may include a manufacturer warranty.

Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and product type.

Warranty does not cover:

  • misuse;

  • accidental damage;

  • normal wear and tear;

  • water damage;

  • unauthorized modification;

  • damage caused by using incompatible accessories or liquids.

For warranty claims, we may require proof of purchase, photos, videos, serial numbers and return of the product.


19. Promotions, Discounts and Offers

Promotions, discount codes and bundle offers are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to amend, withdraw or cancel promotions at any time.

Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash.

Only one discount code may be used per order unless stated otherwise.

Promotional items may be substituted, changed or withdrawn without prior notice.


20. Product Substitution

If an item in your order is unavailable, we may contact you to offer:

  • a suitable alternative;

  • partial refund;

  • full cancellation;

  • shipment of the remaining items.

We will not substitute products without your consent unless the substitution is minor and does not materially affect your order.


21. International Orders

At present, we primarily serve the UK market unless otherwise stated.

If international delivery is offered, you are responsible for ensuring that vaping products are legal in the destination country.

You are responsible for any customs duties, import VAT, clearance charges or local taxes.

We are not responsible for delays, seizure, rejection or destruction of goods by customs or local authorities.

If an international parcel is returned to us due to unpaid charges, failed customs clearance or refusal by the recipient, we may deduct shipping and handling costs from any refund.
